Most importantly, start exploring the data sets. There is a list on the Resources link, above. Or, you can use the GSS. Or, you can select one of the four listed below. All students will default to the General Social Survey if they cannot find a suitable data set among the ones listed here, downloaded from UC Berkeley's SDA website.
Data Set Resources for this Class. I have available several data sets that should be of interest to students in an organizational psych program. I cannot post them on the website but they will be available for your personal use. For these data sets, go to the ICPSR University of Michigan Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research website. Search by title, and then you can see the documentation about the survey project and data. I have the data sets and will create a custom data set for you.
